Bulk Data Validation
Bulk B2B Supplier and Customer records can be automatically processed and checked for Party Name, Address, VAT, Email, Phone and Bank, in just a few clicks.
The Supplier or Customer Name is always validated first as it can provide additional insights on other data types, for example the VAT Registered Business Name and Address or the Organisation Name of an Address.
Stringent built in rules return consistent accuracy, ensuring only exact matches are identified and validated during this process.
Data Review
An Audit Trail captures every data type entry in the Bulk Data Validation process and provides additional information on unvalidated entries.
Unvalidated entries can be reviewed based on the findings in the audit trail or from additional information provided when searching to determine if an exact match can be identified.
Any entries that cannot be validated are clearly identified in the Audit Trail as requiring additional information to determine an exact match.
Recheck and New Records
An automated process rechecks Verified records to identify and report on any changes since last rechecked.
Any changes found in the recheck process are captured in the Audit Trail and are easily identifiable through the use of smart filters.
New Suppliers or Customers can be validated by either using the batch load process or by simply clicking on the Create button in the Dashboard and checking them individually.
