Exploratory

The Exploratory service offers an initial review of your supplier and/or customer data to assess how many records can be automatically matched to known entities.

Any records that cannot be matched automatically will be categorized into the following groups:

Multiple Matches Found: More than one potential match identified for the input party.
Unknown Party Type: Unable to determine whether the party is a customer or a supplier.
No Match Found: No corresponding match identified for the input party.

Service Details:

Cost: Free of charge
Minimum Volume: 1,000 records
Maximum Volume: 50,000 records

Verify-It manages the entire process for you, validating all the records in the files you provide.

Once complete, we will meet with you to review the data and determine the next steps for any records that could not be validated, identify differences between the input and selected values, assist in updating your system records, and provide additional insights.
